How to Register Online

Use the Register Now button on this page to open the online registration form. You can also find it on our club website.
Enter Your Information
Fill in your name, email, city, experience level, and select your registration type — Adult (18+) or Junior (17 and under).
Add Your Model Entries
Add each model you plan to enter. For each one, select the category and sub-category from the dropdown, enter the model name, scale, and manufacturer. You can add as many as you like — entries are unlimited with your flat registration fee.
Opt In to Theme Awards
If any of your models qualify for our special Theme Awards (Star Wars 50th Anniversary or Best Lindberg Kit), check the box on that entry. Winners are judged separately.
Review & Pay
Review your entries and total, then pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, check, or choose to pay at the door.
Print Your Tag Sheet
After registering, print your Model Tag Sheet. Cut out the individual tags and attach one to each model before arriving. Bring the full sheet to the door — your check-in QR code is on it and gets you through the door in seconds.

Special recognitionStar Wars 50th Anniversary
Celebrating 50 years of Star Wars! Any model depicting a Star Wars spacecraft, vehicle, character, figure, or diorama from any film, series, or expanded universe. All scales and manufacturers welcome. Check the theme box on your entry during registration to be considered.
Best Lindberg Kit
In memory of Charles Lindbergh’s historic 1927 transatlantic flight. Any model kit manufactured by Lindberg (any era). Best overall build of a Lindberg-brand kit wins — any subject, any scale. Check the theme box on your entry during registration to be considered.
Contest Categories

Please read before entering- All models must be the builder’s own original work. Kits built by others are not eligible.
- Models must be in place by Noon. Late arrivals may not be judged.
- Each model may be entered in one category only. Choose the category that best fits your build.
- Juniors (age 17 and under) may enter in Junior categories or any open category, but not both for the same model.
- Theme Award entries must be opted in during online registration or noted at the registration desk on show day.
- Models are judged on craftsmanship, finish, and overall presentation. Awards are Gold, Silver, and Bronze per category.
- The show committee reserves the right to combine or split categories based on entry counts.
- Models are left at the owner’s risk. The show is not responsible for loss or damage.
- Pre-registration closes January 22, 2027. Walk-up registration is available on show day at the late fee rate.
